Our new clinical system, SystmOne, is now live
Online services have now been turned on. If you want to continue to access online services (formerly ‘Patient Access’) you will need to register for Systmonline (SystmOne’s version of patient Access).
If you are able to; please request this access by sending us an Admin query via our secure Engageconsult Online Messaging Service stating that you are requesting Systmonline access (you will need to sign up to the Engageconsult service if you don’t already have a login for it) by visiting the following webpage and selecting ‘Request Help from the Surgery‘ :
We will reply to your Engageconsult message with your access details once your patient access account is set up on the new system.
If you are unable to send in your request via the Engageconsult service, please come into reception with a form of photo ID and they will give you the new details.
No need to re-register if you currently access Online Services via the NHS App
If you were using the NHS App to access our online services, for ordering your repeat medication etc, your access should have automatically connected to the new system so you should not need to re-register.
